Purchase Policy
All wine is shipped through UPS Ground unless otherwise selected. Overnight, 2 day or 3 day shipments must be received by 11am Monday - Thursday to go out same day. All orders received after 11 am will ship out next business day. Any order placed on Holidays and weekends will not ship until the next business day.
UPS can not deliver to a P.O. Box. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
You must be 21 to purchase alcohol. All wine shipments must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years. At the time of delivery, the signature of a person with verification of 21 years of age will be required for all wine shipments.
We can legally ship to CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI & WY

Wine will not be delivered to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or without proper age verification. Non deliverable shipments will be returned to Quady Winery and all associated charges will be the responsibility of and billed to the customer.
